Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from China to the United States only. Delivery usually takes 10-25 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other external factors.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your order in real time.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. Please check again later.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I request a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@fesoria.com with your order number and reason for return.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account, which is our only payment method.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning items due to change of mind (buyer’s remorse).

  • The return shipping fee is calculated based on the actual international shipping cost from the United States to our warehouse in China.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The exact cost depends on the carrier, package weight, dimensions, and shipping speed you choose.
  • There is no flat return shipping fee charged by us. You pay the shipping cost directly to the carrier you select.

Exception:
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval (proof of shipping receipt required).

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Will the item look exactly like the photos?
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product batch differences.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. Payments can be made using your PayPal balance, or via credit/debit cards processed securely through PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted connections (SSL/HTTPS). Payment information is handled only by trusted third-party providers such as PayPal.
