Return & Refund Policy

Fesoria is operated by Guangzhou Boyu Clothing Co., Ltd., a clothing manufacturer based in China. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in China to customers in the United States. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging
  • Without visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (for non-defective items)
  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt
  • Incorrect items shipped

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear and bodysuits
  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items
  • Beauty, personal care, or hygiene products (if opened or used)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@fesoria.com within the 30-day return window.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide specific return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Important: Do not ship any item back without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be refunded.


5. Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our facility in China:

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when returning items due to change of mind (buyer’s remorse).

  • The return shipping fee is calculated based on the actual international shipping cost from the United States to our warehouse in China.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The exact cost depends on the carrier, package weight, dimensions, and shipping speed you choose.
  • There is no flat return shipping fee charged by us. You pay the shipping cost directly to the carrier you select.

Exception:
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval (proof of shipping receipt required).

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • If the return meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

  • Using a trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended.

10. International Returns and Customs

Because returns are sent to China, you may be responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by Chinese authorities (if applicable). These costs are not covered by us.
