Fesoria is operated by Guangzhou Boyu Clothing Co., Ltd., a clothing manufacturer based in China. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in China to customers in the United States only. Please read this policy carefully for important information about order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

We process orders from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese and U.S. public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays or high-volume periods), processing times may take longer. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Origin and Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from China.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier performance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 10-25 business days to most locations in the continental United States.

Estimated total delivery time (Processing + Transit): 11-28 business days to most locations in the continental United States.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may take longer.

Important notes:

  • Total time from order placement to delivery = Processing time + Transit time.
  • These are average estimates based on historical data. Some orders may take longer.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

3. Shipping Rates and Costs

Free Standard Shipping:
Available on orders totaling $60 USD or more (before taxes).

Standard Shipping Fee:
Flat rate of $7.99 USD applies to orders under $60 USD.

Additional Charges:

  • Extra fees may apply for shipments to remote, rural, or difficult-to-access areas.
  • Oversized or heavy packages may incur higher rates.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees:
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by U.S. authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


4. Carriers and Tracking

We use international shipping carriers (such as China Post, ePacket, or similar services).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
  • You can track your package via the link in the email or your account on our website.
  • Tracking information may be limited during the early stages of international transit.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Restricted or prohibited locations where courier services cannot deliver.
  • Any address outside the United States.
  • Military bases (e.g., APO/FPO addresses)Areas where courier services are unavailable)

If your shipping address is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.


6. Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

Delays can occur due to factors outside our control:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays in China or the United States
  • High volume periods

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email of significant delays but cannot guarantee delivery dates.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives severely damaged, contact customer support within 14 days of the expected delivery date (or within 7 days after delivery if damaged).

  • Provide your order number and tracking details.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund subject to verification.
